Gymnassy is a platform designed to make it easier to organise rhythmic gymnastics competitions, with tools for managing clubs, entries, judges, scores and results.
Users undertake to use the platform lawfully, without accessing other people's accounts, entering unlawful information or interfering with the operation of the service.
Gymnassy may suspend access if it detects use contrary to these terms.
Gymnassy, including its source code, the design of the platform and of the digital score sheets, its logo, illustrations and texts, is the work of Celia de Santos Pedrazuela, who holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over it. Intellectual Property Registry no. 59/776524.9/26.
Without the prior written authorisation of the owner, it is forbidden to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform all or part of the platform, as well as to copy, decompile or reverse engineer its code, extract its content by automated means or use it to develop similar tools.
Using the platform does not grant users any rights over it. All rights reserved.
Gymnassy works to offer a stable and secure service, although it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of technical errors.
Nor shall it be liable for any misuse of the platform by users or for information entered by third parties, without prejudice to the applicable legal obligations.
The platform may include links to third-party services. Gymnassy does not control their content or their privacy policies.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Gymnassy Privacy Policy.
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the regulations in force.
